There’s something in the air when H_Man steps up, something cold, sharp, and distinctly machine-born. After contributing to earlier Stonx projects, he returns for his first ever solo release on the label—and it’s a statement. The Exile EP fuses melancholy with muscle, groove with grime, hooks with hammerfists. It’s an EP with three very different weapons, all unmistakably H_Man—blending cinematic moods with unforgettable leads, grimy Reese work, and iron-plated low-end mechanics.

1/  EXILE

Half-time intro. Razor-edged Reese. Haunting vocals. A moment of melody in a crumbling world. “In the shadow holding you tight…”—the lyrics echo as the track rises into an anthem moment built for eyes-closed, hands-up connection. It’s bittersweet, it’s bouncy, and when it hits in the rave—it hits.

2/ AWAKE

Darkness creeps in through the walls on this one. A brooding atmosphere sets the tone before the warehouse groover rolls out with proper bassface intent. Then it switches—first with a cheeky laser-lead hook at 1:35, then full-stomp 4/4 hardcore kicks land like a boot to the temple at 1:50. Aggressive, menacing, but still dripping in that H_Man catchiness.

3/ GRATITUDE

Don’t let the name fool you—this one’s pure neuro torque. Warped, pitching basses rise and fall like tides around a locked-in, steely lead. It throws the listener around while holding the form like a monk balancing on a burning branch. Reflective, but brutal. A perfect closer that leaves a dent.
